Free shipping is automatically deducted at checkout on all orders of $100 or more. 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During sale and Christmas periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on public holidays. Returns

In the event that you feel a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a return. Kindly contact hello@usefieldtrip.ca within 14 days of receiving your order and we will conntact you with the next steps. Upon receiving the return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.
